Your account status will determine how long your data is stored:
• Active account: as an active account, your data will be stored and accessible to you indefinitely
• Suspended account: if your account is suspended, we will continue to store your data for 90 days. You will not have access during this time unless you switch back to an active account.
• Closed account: TimeTrakGO reserves the right to permanently delete your data at a future date once your account is closed.

TimeTrakGO plans can be paid using all major credit cards or ACH payments.

Our TimeTrakGO plan costs consist of a per-user charge. The TimeTrakGO PLUS plan cost also consists of a per-user charge as well as a monthly base fee.  Only active users* are counted in the cost, archived users are stored at no cost and can be easily activated at any time.

*An active user is defined as anyone with an active status during the billing cycle, regardless of their assigned role.

When paying monthly:
• TimeTrakGO Essential: access for multiple users at a cost of $3 per user per month.
• TimeTrakGO PLUS: access for multiple users at a cost of $4 per user per month with a $20 per month base fee.

When prepaying annually:
• TimeTrakGO Essential: access for multiple users at a cost of $2.40 per user per month.
• TimeTrakGO PLUS: access for multiple users at a cost of $3.2 per user per month with a $16 per month base fee.

How Annual Prepayment Works

  • The annual prepayment amount is based on the number of active users you have when you choose your subscription (when the Free Trial ends)
    • You never lose your prepayment value
      • Your account credit is used based on actual active users per month
  • Annual Prepayment Example: if you start using the TimeTrakGO plan with 10 employees the calculation would be as follows:
    • 10 users x $2.40 x 12 mo. = $288.00 (account credit balance)
    • The amount used each month will be deducted from the credit balance:
      • Scenario 1 – if 5 active users in the billing monthly billing cycle then $12.00 would be deducted from the credit balance
        • 5 users x $2.40 = $12.00 (remaining credit balance $276.00)
      • Scenario 2 – if 10 active users in the billing monthly billing cycle then $24.00 would be deducted from the credit balance
        • 10 users x $2.40 = $24.00 (remaining credit balance $264.00)
      • Scenario 3 – if 15 active users in the billing monthly billing cycle then $36.00 would be deducted from the credit balance
        • 15 users x $2.40 = $36.00 (remaining credit balance $252.00)
